Use the following flow-chart to write a paragraph (in about 100 words) on the preparation of a mixture useful for rehydration or maintaining balance of water in the body:
[Wash hands, pots, spoons, glass → boil one litre water in pot → cool → add six level teaspoons of sugar + half teaspoon of common salt → stir well → ready]

The ingredients needed are clean water, sugar and common salt along with clean utensils like a pot, spoon and glass. At first, the hands, pots, spoons and glass are washed properly to ensure hygiene. Then one litre of water is boiled in a pot and allowed to cool. After that, six level teaspoons of sugar and half a teaspoon of common salt are added to the cooled water. The mixture is stirred well until the sugar and salt dissolve completely. Finally, the rehydration drink is ready for use.

The flow chart below is about the ‘preparation of mustard oil’. Use the flow chart and describe the process in about 100 words:

The ingredients are boneless chicken pieces, eggs, onions, capsicum, green chillies, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, cornflour, oil, ajinomoto, salt and pepper. At first, the chicken pieces are washed thoroughly and marinated with vinegar, soya sauce and salt. A pinch of cornflour is added to the white of two eggs to make batter. The marinated chicken pieces are dipped in it and deep fried in oil. Next, onions, capsicum, green chillies, ginger and garlic are diced and fried.
