READING (SEEN – POEM)

The sun does arise,

And make happy the skies.

The merry bells ring

To welcome the spring.

The skylark and thrush,

The birds of the bush,

Sing louder around,

To the bells’ cheerful sound,

While our sports shall be seen

On the echoing green.

Old John with white hair

Does laugh away care,

Sitting under the oak,

Among the old folk,

They laugh at our play,

And soon they all say:

Such, such were the joys

When we all, girls and boys,

In our youth-time were seen

On the echoing green.

Magic is an art that shows mysterious and unbelievable events. A person who performs magic is called a magician. Recently, I went to see a famous magic show by PC Sarkar in Kolkata with my parents. The stage was beautifully decorated, and I was very excited. The show began with a laser display and music. When Mr. Sarkar entered, the audience gave him a standing ovation. He performed many amazing tricks, like turning a handkerchief into a frog and back again. He also invited children on the stage to participate. I enjoyed his interaction with the audience and the thrilling tricks. The show was exciting, and I really want to learn magic in the future.
