Sing louder around,
To the bells’ cheerful sound,
While our sports shall be seen
On the echoing green.

Does laugh away care,

In our youth-time were seen
On the echoing green.

Visit to a Magic Show
Magic
is an art that shows mysterious and unbelievable events. A person who performs
magic is called a magician. Recently, I went to see a famous magic show by PC
Sarkar in Kolkata with my parents. The stage was beautifully decorated, and I
was very excited. The show began with a laser display and music. When Mr.
Sarkar entered, the audience gave him a standing ovation. He performed many
amazing tricks, like turning a handkerchief into a frog and back again. He also
invited children on the stage to participate. I enjoyed his interaction with
the audience and the thrilling tricks. The show was exciting, and I really want
to learn magic in the future.
9. The
Greedy Farmer and the Golden Goose
Once
upon a time, a farmer had a goose that laid a golden egg every day. The farmer
sold the golden egg in the market and became rich.
However,
the farmer was not satisfied with his wealth. He wanted more gold and thought,
“If I kill the goose, I will get all the gold at once.” In his greed, he killed
the goose, but to his surprise, he found nothing inside. He lost his daily
golden egg and became poor again. The farmer cursed his luck and regretted his
foolish act.
Moral:
Greed leads to loss; be satisfied with what you have.
